    On the Narita Airport Terminal 1 Arrivals Concourse, you will find the Visitor Service Center, a one-stop destination for information and services you need to have a safe and enjoyable stay in Japan. It opened in August 2017.

    At the central counter, you can find information on tourism in Japan and do everything else you need to do smoothly in one place – from creating travel plans that fit your needs, to arranging lodgings and tours, and even buying tickets.

    On the large touch panels, you can get flight and access information. There is also an airport guide and a route planner that will show the way to your boarding gate.

    The center also has a tablet device corner. Using TABIMORI -Travel Amulet-, the inbound traveler hospitality app provided by Narita Airport, you can freely search for essential information on tourism and access methods. It is also an easy way to get information on currency conversion, transfer guides, and Japanese life and culture.

    The Narita City Tourist Information Office, located inside the JR Narita Station, is operated by the Narita City Tourism Association.

    This center primarily offers information about sightseeing spots and events in and around Narita. It also has maps showing how to reach Naritasan Temple and pamphlets on nearby sightseeing spots. Here you can get the support you need to have a safe and enjoyable trip in Japan. Staff who offer support in Japanese and English are always available.
