Midori-sushi has many branches, but the only one offering an all-you-can-eat plan is the original restaurant in Umegaoka. The popular buffet is available every Monday (excluding holidays).

It’s a long way from Tsukiji Market, but only about five minutes from the nearest station. The restaurant is small, so it’s a good idea to go early and wait in line so that you can get in as soon as it opens.

The chefs make the sushi in small portions, so you can try several different kinds. There are some branches which also offer “shabu shabu”, or beef in broth.

It’s located inside a department store, so it’s easily approachable.

Price： Lunch is 2,980 yen per person. Dinner is 2,980 yen (women) and 3,480 yen (men).
The restaurant keeps costs down by employing current students at the Tokyo Sushi Academy, who undergo a rigorous training from veteran sushi chefs and attain a high degree of skill in a short time.
