  • Masako Mizutani is 46 years old and a mother of two kids. Yet, she managed to take care of her health and beauty so well that she looks a lot younger than she is. These are some of the tips she has adopted into her daily routine to preserve her looks.

    1. Use facial creams which contain Vitamin E

    Vitamin E is an antioxidant which neutralizes free radicals. Free radicals cause aging effects on the skin such as wrinkles, dryness, brown spots, roughness and fine lines. Vitamin E is also useful in minimizing the appearance of fresh scars.

    2. Eat food in small portions

    By eating small portions throughout the day, your body functions more efficiently. Eating in big portions can lead to a sluggish digestive system which causes bloating and leaves you feeling tired after eating.
