If you are going by train, ride the JR Keiyo Line to Kaihin Makuhari Station. It will take you 30 minutes from Tokyo Station or 12 minutes from Soga Station. From Kaihin Makuhari Station, it will only take you 5 minutes to walk to Makuhari Messe. If you plan to go by bus, Limousine Bus services are offered both in Haneda and Narita International airports.
