Nadaman is located on the 29th floor of the hotel. The restaurant originally came from Osaka which has been serving well-known leaders and royalties over time. It has created a new dining experience in Tokyo for the modern times. Dishes served are traditional in nature with exquisite pure taste. Creations made by chefs are served with detailed highlights respecting tradition.
The goal of the Chief Chef is to create a brand new style of Japanese cuisine where he can incorporate his experience abroad while still honoring traditional styles. Foods which are highly recommended are Foie Gras Egg Custard with Truffle Sauce, and Kano Eggplant Wrapped in Wagyu Beef. The former provides a twist on the traditional Japanese egg custard while the latter consists of sauteed eggplant wrapped in wagyu.
Nadaman is only open during lunch time from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Smoking is prohibited and the dress code is smart casual.
