Hey everyone,
I’ve been in Tokyo for quite a while now and was wondering if there are any other great shopping areas besides Shibuya and Harajuku which always have SO many people!
If I want a quieter experience shopping for clothes, etc is there another place with as many options? thanks!! ^^

Hi, Lu Mi!

I like shopping in Kichijoji as it has quite a lot of options near/in/around the station. Have you been there yet? :)
It still has a lot of people, but it’s not insane and has a homier feel, I think.

Hello! Thanks for the tip! Do you like to shop in any other areas? :)

Gagugei-Daigaku on the Toyoko line (about 10 mins from Shibuya) is a great place to shop, it has lots of high street shops but isn’t too crowded.

Gakugei Daigaku is great actually!

It depends what kind of shops you’re looking for though. If you’re looking for high street shops, you can find them all over – Ikebukuro, Roppongi, Akihabara.

If you’d like to check out some smaller/independent/vintage shops, you should try Shimokitazawa and Koenji!
