Are you up for some luxurious dining this spring? Well, you’re in luck as Park Hyatt Tokyo, an elegant hotel located in Shinjuku district, will be offering menus that will allow guests to enjoy a variety of spring dishes. This promotional cuisine will be served in the following restaurants: Kozue, The Peak Lounge, Girandole and Pastry Boutique. Here is some information on the upcoming dining deals.
Kozue features sophisticated cuisine coming from carefully selected ingredients. It has been well-crafted by top artisans who make sure every Japanese dining experience is memorable. From April 5 to April 30, 2016, Chef de Cuisine Kenichiro Ooe will be showcasing special menus related to umami which has been described as “the spirit of Japanese soul food.” Lunch time is from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm and dinner time from 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm. Every meal has a price ranging from 7,500 yen to 10,000 yen.
The Peak lounge is embellished with a bamboo garden which creates a relaxing mood day and night. It is an indoor garden where guests can enjoy a variety of desserts such as homemade cakes and authentic English tea. From April 11 to April 24, 2016, the restaurant will be promoting colorful berry (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries) desserts to go with an afternoon tea. It will be available from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm on weekdays and from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm on weekends. The average price is 5,000 yen, including tax.
On the 41st floor of the hotel is an all-dining venue which has been decorated with 144 black and white photographs. It is the perfect place to experience almost anything from enjoying a French meal to appreciating art. From April 18 to April 23, 2016, a special dinner known as “Farm to Table” will be available on the menu. As the name implies, ingredients have been carefully selected from farms by chefs. It will be available from 5:00 pm to 9:30 pm every day on the dates mentioned.
The pastry boutique is located at the entrance of the hotel where sweets are displayed like jewels. It consists of a fine selection of luxurious sweet treats which is very tempting. From April 11 to April 24, 2016, the boutique will be promoting some of its berry desserts such as a raspberry chocolate tart, blueberry scones and strawberry millefeuille. Price cost per piece can go as low as 300 yen and up to 600 yen or more.
