Due to Tokyo being a metropolis the temperature is usually a bit warmer than other areas. As such the cherry blossoms tend to bloom in Tokyo around the end of March and are often finished by the 5th of April. Kyoto has more late blooming varieties so you may be able to see them at full bloom as late as the 10-15 of April. As for Osaka the cherry blossom usually reach full bloom at the start of April. The three places you have chosen tend to be at full bloom at the same time. I would recommend thinking of other areas to visit, such as areas further north of the Mount Fuji area which tends to bloom around the middle of April. Best of luck!
